2018 R&G Rookies’ Trophy finalists
The 2018 Bennetts British Superbike Championship came to an epic conclusion at Brands Hatch last weekend, and with it our 16 finalists for the 2018 R&G Rookies’ Trophy have been decided. Taking the top two rookie riders from each class, the 16 riders will now be put to a panel of industry experts including BSB Series Director Stuart Higgs, former racer Steve Plater and representatives from R&G, Pirelli and LS2.
The panel will then choose three finalists to appear onstage at Motorcycle Live next month to decide live in front of the audience first, second and third. All three riders will receive prizes from R&G, Pirelli and LS2 with first place getting £750 cash, £500 product support from R&G, two sets of race tyres from Pirelli and an Arrow C Evo Helmet Carbon from LS2. Second place will receive £500 product support from R&G, one front and two rears from Pirelli and an LS2 Arrow Evo Helmet Graphic whilst third place gets £250 product support.
