2019 Race Teams - Best of the rest
Over the past few weeks we’ve been counting down the Bennetts British Superbike teams that are protected by R&G this year…but what about elsewhere? Well, if you were following our social media channels earlier this year you would have seen the Landbridge Racing squad from Australia made a very impressive wildcard ride in the opening World Supersport round. The Junior Team Le Mans Sud Suzuki Endurance squad will once again be running a host of R&G products whilst in Italy, the Junior Team AG Yamaha team are taking on the CIV Supersport 300 class.
Back in the U.K, the official Kawasaki-supported Road Racing team, Silicone Engineering Kawasaki, will be fully protected by R&G as their rider Dean Harrison takes on the British Superbike Championship alongside the North West 200, Isle of Man TT and Ulster Grand Prix. Fellow road rider Daley Mathison will be using our Aero Knee Sliders whilst also taking on the North West will be Team 109, with Graeme Irwin making his debut at the event. Graeme will also be competing in the Pirelli National Superstock 1000 class with the team, who are also fielding Eunan McGlinchey in the Superstock 600 class. Long-time R&G user Thomas Strudwick is making his step up from the Motostar class to take on the Dickies British Moto2 Championship.
In the Motostar class, Cresswell Racing are fielding a fleet of Moto 3 machines across the Open and Standard categories, all protected by R&G – as is fellow Motostar rider Abbz Thomas and Junior Supersport’s Chloe Jones. Continuing our ethos of supporting the stars of tomorrow, we’re also helping Mini Moto riders Josh Bannister and Casey O Gorman.
This is just the start of the teams using our products; as the Official Crash Protection Supplier to the Bennetts British Superbike Championship, countless teams across the paddock are choosing to use R&G as their motorcycle protection. Alongside BSB, we’re also a presenting sponsor for the growing No Limits Racing series!
